Role Mandate:
- Candidate will be joining the Trade Reporting Team in order to identify and document exceptions in the reporting for a wide variety of products within Capital Markets.
Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Monitor and report exceptions as they occur in the reporting.
- Notate items, retrieve the responses for the exceptions from the relevant teams/individuals and compiling the information into the system.
- Assist with the creation of new reporting related to additional initiatives the team has recently taken on.
- Assist with streamlining the existing processes and reporting to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders [traders, sales people, operations staff, etc.].
Must-Have Skills:
- Well versed in Microsoft Suite [strong familiarity with Excel is a plus].
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Open to a wide range of years of experience.
Nice to have Skills
- Previous experience with streamlining reporting processes and/or database maintenance.
