We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated individual with strong analytic abilities to support Retail Store Operations. The individual will focus on Daily Inventory Operations to ensure the accuracy of Retail Stores inventory. Primary responsibility is execution of the daily Cycle Counting Program at over 300 of America's Client Retail Stores. Actively transact and document in compliance with internal process standards using SAP and other internal systems and reporting tools. Provide the highest level of customer service and responsiveness to store requests and collaborate with key internal partners to ensure inventory integrity.

 

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and other inventory management software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks
  • Think strategically and execute tactically with precision

Description

The Inventory Analyst actively works with cross-functional partners and Client Retail Store associates to ensure accuracy of in store inventory to support sales, replenishment, and fulfillment programs. Manage daily cycle count process as well as ad-hoc escalations, investigating and executing complex inventory variances to ensure financial accounting integrity. Manages exceptions daily; react as needed to ensure correct product availability to storefront. Research and transact with high quality in a high velocity environment. Ability to handle ambiguity, apply learned business processes to dynamically changing escalations. Manage inventory during product transitions to support launch activities ensuring an exciting Client Retail store experience for our customers.

 

Education

 
  A bachelor's degree in a field such as business, economics, statistics, or supply chain management is preferred.   

 

Additional Requirements

  • Prior experience in inventory management, Inventory Certification in operations is a plus.
  • Has a persistent attention to detail, and a high level of proficiency in working with numbers.
