able to find bugs/ resolve bugs
Able to follow a release checklist/identify task
Requirement -
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience 2-4 years of industry experience testing software, including website applications.
- Experience in testing customer-facing applications (Fire TV, Apple TV, etc) – would be very helpful to have in QAT II. It helps make the transition onto team easier.
- Also looking to have very hands-on knowledge of QA processes:
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) for a contract position.
The ideal candidate has great communication skills, can remove roadblocks, detail-oriented, and has a knack for breaking websites.
QAEs regularly work with Developers, Product Managers and other Quality Engineers to ensure the proper operation of the production environment. During the development cycle, QAEs identify use cases, create test cases, execute tests, and report results.
QUALIFICATIONS
# BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience 2-4 years of industry experience testing software, including website applications.
# Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
# Experience with Selenium highly desired
# Experience in building the test plans and test cases.
# Running the manual regression for ongoing app releases.
# Experience with QA process and Software Development Life Cycle.
