The Role:
This global role focuses on managing and refining our process for thought leadership and category content creation. You will own the end-to-end process for content development: managing the kick off, writing, reviews, production, and analytics for continued optimization. You are responsible for executing on the engagement strategy to build B2B category awareness and generate demand in our solutions. Cross-functional collaboration is important as you work with colleagues in B2B marketing as well as across Logitech’s subject matter experts, commercial marketing teams, other client business groups and agencies to manage the content plan. This role reports to the Head of Integrated Marketing for B2B.
 
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the creation of thought leadership and brand content, working with internal teams, external agencies to drive briefs forward, manage review process, creative development, publication and distribution
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of web content on client’s Resource Center, including creation, maintenance, and governance, ensuring content remains fresh, relevant, and in compliance with brand standards
  • Editorial and Content Planning: Develop and maintain editorial calendars and content roadmaps to streamline content production and publication processes
  • Ensure process for localized assets and rollout of content across teams and geographies
  • Content Audits and Analysis: Conduct content audits and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement, ensuring web content consistently meets user needs and business objectives
  • Understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors; analyze user behavior and feedback to inform content decisions
  • Maintain editorial calendars and oversee content audits for continuous improvement
  • Advocate for Best Practices: Provide guidance and expertise to the team on web content best practices and standards, staying updated with industry trends and advancements
  • Coordinate with digital and social media teams to create a cohesive and unified digital presence, ensuring web content supports broader digital marketing efforts through areas such as SEO and social media
  • Work closely with solutions, product marketing and alliance marketing to ensure content is integrated as part of the holistic lifecycle strategy, while helping drive delivery to campaigns groups
  • Partner with key players in commercial organization to share timelines for asset delivery, collaborate on best practices for content tracking
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with stakeholders to report on web content performance, strategies, and insights, fostering transparency and collaboration
  • Key success measures include improved user engagement, alignment of content to strategic objectives, enhanced website performance metrics, and effective content lifecycle management
 
Required Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in content management, integrated marketing, digital marketing or lifecycle marketing; journalism is a plus
  • Experience working cross-collaboratively and with senior leadership
  • Budget management experience
  • Proven track record of tight project management; familiarity with management tools (Asana) is a plus
  • Data-driven decision making

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
