- Support mentoring and performance management tool
- Support LMS Administration
- Partner with ERGs/CRGs to promote and plan events
- Monitor the People Development mailbox and triaging to appropriate contact
- Assist with scheduling of Learning and Development programs
- Support departmental communications to the enterpise

Successful candidate must be detail oriented, organized, and take initiative. Must have mastery of MS Office and especially if they are proficient in PPT and Excel.
