Ability to communicate and problem solve/provide input & ideas for solutions when working with the team on issues.

Primary responsibilities:
-    Testing products before merging code to push to the development stage. 
-    Working on projects that have a User Story without tech design to implement the correct design. 

Job Description
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical design, problem-solving, Computer Science fundamentals, and communication skills.
The candidate should be comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
The ability to work backward and think from a customer perspective is crucial as the ideal candidate is expected to contribute to the product vision in addition to the technical design and implementation.

Basic Qualifications
-    4+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
-    3+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
-    Experience programming with at least one object-oriented software programming language
-    Program Language: Java

Preferred Qualifications
-    5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
-    Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
-    AWS Experience Preferred  
-    E-Commerce Experience Preferred vs. Financial or Hardware. 

Performance Indicators:
-    Ramp Up Speed 
-    Ability to deal with ambiguity and problem-solving
-    Solve Blockers independently & present input and solutions around questions to team.
-    Weekly tracking of Tickets & Tasks completed per week, Time to complete tasks v. timeframe initially given.
