Abhijit Y Bhatt

Abhijit Bhatt is the Global Head of Corporate Functions at Intelliswift. He is in charge of overseeing and facilitating finance, operations, and IT functions of Intelliswift. Prior to this role, Abhijit served as the Sr. Director of Corporate Strategy at Intelliswift for almost 7 years.

Before joining Intelliswift, Abhijit served as the AVP of Financial Planning and Analysis at Tricom USA, where he played a lead role in negotiating multiple M&A transactions and managed the finance and international taxation for multiple worldwide entities. He was also responsible for building strategic partnerships with key industry players in the USA.

Abhijit has also co-founded a software engineering start-up where he headed a team of 8 engineers to create specialized tools to use in designing products. Furthermore, he was also a partner at J.L. Bhatt & Co, Chartered Accountants that specializes in accounting, audits, taxation, and risk management.

Abhijit is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He got his Bachelors of Commerce at H.R. College, Mumbai University specializing in Vocational Tax and Entrepreneurship.
