Pay rate range - $35/hr. to $38/hr. on W2
100% Remote

Must Have
Experience with Usability Studies
qualitative and quantitative methods
UX research experience

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills- Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get stuff done, support several projects at one time, and to accept reprioritization as necessary
- Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines
- Ability to follow through, work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
- A positive attitude and great teamwork skills are a must

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with healthcare and regulatory teams and processes
- End-to-end, hands-on experience with all aspects of data collection (recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)
Experience with usertesting.com, Quip, Microsoft office applications

Team
Researcher role working with other researchers on the team, helping with usability studies and quant/qual research
