Sr. OMS Consultant (Manhattan Active Omni)

Senior OMS Consultant (Manhattan Active Omni)

Seeking a Senior OMS Consultant with specialized, hands-on experience in Manhattan Active Omni (MAO). This role demands in-depth application knowledge beyond general OMS familiarity, with the ability to manage integrations, analyze data flows, and optimize system configurations in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities will include:

Lead end-to-end configuration and optimization of the Manhattan Active Omni application, focusing on order orchestration, fulfillment, BOPIS, and related workflows.
Participate in key projects to implement, extend and enhance MAO capabilities in support of retail operations.
Design and support integrations between MAO and external systems
Utilize Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) reporting tools to interpret backend data, build reports, and ensure data accuracy and visibility.
Identify and monitor job setups within MAO, proactively resolving performance or synchronization issues.
Act as a techno-functional expert, addressing issues, troubleshooting, and tuning configurations for optimal performance.
Collaborate across technical and business teams to translate requirements into effective system workflows.
Apply Java, JavaScript, and API interaction knowledge to support automation and backend integration, as needed (coding is secondary but valuable).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience with Manhattan OMS, including at least 3 years specializing in Manhattan Active Omni.
Proven experience designing or supporting system integrations, including APIs, data imports, and exports.
Strong knowledge of job setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting within MAO
Experience using SCI (Supply Chain Intelligence) or equivalent analytics tools for backend data analysis and reporting.
