About the team
  • Join a diverse team of highly motivated individuals, who are passionate about creating and launching unique stories in the market. We strive to always be a proactive and strategic force in Client's growth, and help accelerate solution and product adoption from customers and prospects alike. You'll be joining the office of the Customer Experience/Services Solution Marketing team, working on and supporting innovative go to market strategies across our global Solution portfolio.
 
About the role
  • The Solution Marketing Contractor - will work across the team in support of our global go-to-market and sales enablement strategies to support our expansive growth across the Customer Experience & Services space. You'll be responsible for planning, structuring and executing complex projects, working effectively across multiple virtual teams.
  • This role offers a great opportunity to get hands-on experience across several key Solution Marketing competencies working closely with services/customer experience leaders in support of the creation of compelling product documentation and sales packages.
 
Key responsibilities
  • Support content build for global customer events including session abstracts and session content development
  • Work with customer experience/services and enablement stakeholders to create core messaging and positioning around current and upcoming services
  • Create collateral, including white papers, website content, case studies, data sheets and presentations to support communication, demand generation, and sales efforts
  • Support strategic activities directly with the sales team, bringing subject matter expertise, creativity and innovation to sales and customer enablement cycles
  • Work closely with the customer advocacy team to help cultivate stories and value testimonials
  • Build strong relationships across Client functional and regional teams in order to drive service awareness
About you
  • Results-driven marketing professional with a proven ability to deliver commitments on time while achieving or exceeding business goals
  • Ability to write concisely and effectively communicate internally and externally. Distill detail into key messages and create impactful marketing messages.
  • Plan, structure and execute complex projects, working effectively in matrixed environments across multiple virtual teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-organizationally.
  • Experience designing sales collateral based on sales conversations, calls, market research, and own expertise.
  • Objectivity and openness to others' views and continuously builds a positive team spirit
  • Celebrates teamwork and thrives in under a collaborative culture
  • Creative problem solving, and analytical skills along with ability to execute
