The Scaling Foundations team drives AI efficiency and scaling initiatives to enable developers to build understanding tech for all languages across smart glasses in a responsible and cost effective manner.

The surrounding team is 8 software engineering and resource scientists working on scaling AI in different ways.

This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge natural language understanding technology on a smart glasses product, you will be involved in scaling AI for voice assistants that will run on smart glasses. You will be working with a team of experts who are passionate about advancing technology in this field.

You will have the chance to work on a product that will revolutionize the way we interact with smart devices. You will gain hands-on experience in natural language understanding, on-device machine learning, edge computing, server side training infra, and memory management.

Top 3 must-have HARD skills:

1. Advanced experience in Python, and C++

2. Grasp of machine learning fundamentals such as classifiers, deep learning, and speech recognition. Training and testing process etc. No need to be an expert but you should know how the systems work and are evaluated.

3. Debugging skills

Good to have skills:

1. Natural language understanding technology

2. Version control and git

3. Experience with scaling voice assistants
