Contract Type: W2 only
Pay Rate Range: $17.84 - $18.22/Hour
 
Job Description:
  • Provides loan servicing and monitoring support for corporate and commercial lending portfolios in a professional and timely manner.
  • Delivers agreed lending/financing services as specified in the credit agreement/approval and ensures all required policies, guidelines and standards are met.
  • Prepares customer notifications and billings, and processes services and transactions including (but not limited to) loan advances/payments, wire transfers, billing for principal/interest/fees, monitoring collateral positions, financial exceptions, etc.
  • Researches and resolves discrepancies and issues or escalates to manager, as required.
  • Acts as the day-to-day contact for dealers/manufacturers; supports the implementation, maintenance, and sustainment of dealers/manufacturers s.
  • Collaborates to execute loan servicing and monitoring requests.
  • Executes and manages documentation to ensure that records are maintained in a proper manner.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
  • Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Focus is primarily on business/group within client portfolio; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.
  • Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
  • Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations.
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed
  • Managing inbox
  • Invoices ready to flooring – portal – to funding manufacturing
 
Job Requirements:
  • Good communications and customer service skills
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Flexible – job assignments can change from day to day
  • Exposure in loan documentation - reviewing commercial loan documents
  • Some understanding of borrower types, loan types, and collateral types, with implications for loan processing
  • Proficiently able to use multiple systems at the same time
  • Intermediate Excel & Adobe skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and time management skills
  • Ability to think independently and apply sound judgment in making decisions that mitigate the risk profile.
 
Nice to Have:
  • Previous banking experience
  • Exposure/experience to commercial banking
 
Education: High school Diploma or GED equivalent
