Pay Rate: $75-87 W-2 (no OT)
Senior Economist with 9-12+ years of experience with economic impact modeling , applying economic principles and analysis to policy issues
This position is hybrid / onsite in the Washington DC or New York area.
What you will be doing:
- Develop a roadmap for economic research
- Build economic impact models using input/output approach
- Uses economic impact modeling
- Produce economic analysis of policy issues including modeling impact of regulations
- Scale economic impact reporting efforts
- Primary point of contact for economic requests
- Build and scale economics function
- Apply economic concepts to policy changes
- Handle key policy issues and serving Public Policy teams globally
- Lead experimentation of innovative approaches to analysis, develop metrics
What you will need:
- 9-12+ years of experience in Economist , Senior Economist , Economic Consultant, Statistics, Data Science, Advance Data Analysis
- Strong expertise in building advance economic impact models , economic impact modeling
Strong experience with input / output approach - Global experience
- Experience working with large amounts of data for complex policy issues
- Experience with Python
A Plus:
- Data Science background
- Project Management background, ability to manage multiple project concurrently
- R
- Experience with Digital Media, Entertainment
