SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST

Pay rate range: $33/hr. to $38/hr. on w2. 

Support sales team, reporting, price analyzing, formatting of documents, assist sales with day to day processes, manual creation (as needed); submit claims and help with post auditing, some order management

Top Skills- Microsoft Office Suite: Excel/Word; SAP a plus, Communication skills, organized & attention to detail, self-starter

Location- Remote/Illinois preferred but willing to look outside of the Midwest
Some college, 2-year degree
Year's of experience 2-5 years

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
• Provide internal, cross-functional administrative support for the sales team
• Conduct daily administration, pricing, condition, PUMI submission
• Assist with NERP reporting
• Generate, prepare, manipulate and analyze standard and custom reports
• Contribute to research projects using various other data
• Assist in meeting group deadlines by facilitating processes, situations, and taking corrective action on issues
• Help with sales tool support
• Maintain and audit account assignments and territory accuracy
• Provide backup support to team members as needed
• Assist with event coordination (i.e. BG, NECO, NATM)
• Perform other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Tech savvy, highly collaborative, motivated, and focused on the needs of others
• Excellent skills and knowledge of creating reports
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to develop internal professional relationships
• Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to work with cross-functional teams within the organization
• Strong problem-solving, planning, detail-orientated, and highly-organized
• Grace under pressure, ability to react quickly to changing priorities
