Day to Day :
  • Preform intakes
  • Educate the executives
  • Sources for Executive Assistant resumes include all clients who are VPs and Directors
  • LinkedIn (Recruiter) and Internal ATS
  • Intake with candidates, and if it aligns, then they set up a phone screen,a  Business phone screen, and then do an onsite interview.
Job Description
We are seeking a Sourcer to identify and engage top talent for our organization.
The ideal candidate will utilize various sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines and support our recruiting team.


Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
• Search professional networks, job boards, and databases to find potential candidates

• Conduct initial outreach and engage passive candidates
• Screen resumes and qualify candidates against job requirements
• Maintain candidate database and tracking systems
• Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs
• Build talent pools for current and future positions

Requirements:
• 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Strong Boolean search skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree preferred
