Must Have
1-2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
Bachelor's degree preferred, Minimum of HSD or GED
Comfortable with High Volume environment
Excellent written communication 
Strong LinkedIn Recruiter experience/ sourcing

Day to Day
Traditional full cycle recruiter day to day.
Sourcing, screening, offers, onboarding, etc.
Will be call center or customer service roles.

Job Description: 
Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers and conducts orientation for new employees. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
May require a bachelor's degree in an area of specialty and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager


Qualifications:

Traditional Full lifecycle recruiter role. Will be recruiting for customer service or call center roles.
 

1-2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
Bachelor's degree preferred, Minimum of HSD or GED
Comfortable working in a variety of roles
Comfortable with a volume environment
Excellent written communication
Strong LinkedIn Recruiter experience/ sourcing
MS office – excel
