We are looking for a Program Manager to be a partner for our cross-functional teams in shipping changes seamlessly and efficiently in a timely manner, and support processes that allow the business to continue to run without slowing it down.
This position will work with internal and external stakeholders across teams, advising the best strategy for smooth rollout of changes impacting our organization.
We are seeking a resilient self-starter who is eager to learn, collaborative and a proven team player. We're targeting an intellectually curious and creative individual who is comfortable operating in ambiguity along with some analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure projects are appropriately triaged and scoped to loop in correct stakeholders and capture in correct processes
* Support the overall Ops Readiness process across the team through process alignment and audit support
* Monitor day-to-day on-going tasks to ensure forward movement
* Manage transactional updates on project and escalate red flags/concerns
* Manage cross-functional operational efforts to ensure smooth rollout of changes
* Facilitate discussion and coordination among operational stakeholders
* Facilitate relationships between teams, move initiatives forward, find resources, raise concerns to appropriate owners early and resolve open issues that prevent progress
* Hold people accountable when schedule or progress is in jeopardy while maintaining respectful relationships in difficult situations
* Maintain and refine programs and initiatives, establishing best practices, next steps, and outcomes
* Contribute to program processes, tracking tools, and general project and program managing best practices, and initiate improvements where needed in order to scale effectively as the organization grows
Skills:
* Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
* Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
* Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
* Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* BA or BS degree
* 3-4+ years of project based work
* PMI or PMP certification is a plus but not necessary.
* Experience working with large volumes of projects, managing transactional updates, and escalating concerns
* Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Problem solving and analytical experience
* Experience communicating to various levels within the organization
* Data analysis and Microsoft Excel proficiency
*Nice to have:*
Operations management experience, Consulting, Data Management experience

How will performance be measured: Efficiency (turnaround times), how quickly launches take place, qualitative XFN relationships, project work.
