Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84020 OR Austin, TX 78729 (Hybrid - 2-3 days in office)
Duration: 3 months
Contract Type: W2 only
Pay Rate: $33.38/Hour
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of incentive programs.
  • Drive invectives program execution, ensuring incentives are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for regular updates and readouts
  • Identify operational challenges and work collaboratively to develop solutions.
  • Team is sending credits to seller/incentives to grow business and this person is executing the incentives with credits team
 
Required Skills:
  • 3 years experience preferred; Rewards, credit background attention to details would be helpful for this role.
  • Tableau, excel google sheets for exports
  • Auditing of programs to make sure everything is up to policy
  • Weekly exported reports from tableau shared with GCX credits team to credit sellers
