Contract Type: W2 only
Pay Rate: $70 - $80/Hour
 
Summary:
  • The Senior Project/Program Manager within Sales Strategy & Support is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional business initiatives that drive strategic value for the organization.
  • This role oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects or programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholder expectations, and organizational standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage large-scale projects or programs from initiation through delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, product owners, IT, operations, finance, and external partners.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Monitor and report on project/program performance using KPIs and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, insurance regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to update standard work and best practices.
 
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in project/program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Teams, Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with agile and waterfall project methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
  • Strong/proven leadership skills (ability to lead, and direct dynamic cross-functional teams)
  • Highly organized; strong planning skills; work proactively and with urgency; deadline driven.
  • Perseveres through ambiguity.
 
Additional Skills:
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Change management and organizational development experience.
  • Experience in the financial services industry a plus but not required. organization.
  • Strong change management experience
