Program/Project Manager – Agile

Job ID: 25-09472

Program, Project Manager with 8-10 years experience in SAFe, Agile, Program and Project Management for a long-term contract.

This position is onsite in the greater Minneapolis area.

What you will be doing:
·       Manage program scope, timeline, risks
·       Work with Scaled Agile framework and Waterfall
·       Create program and project metrics
·       Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
·       Coach team members in Agile frameworks
·       Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
·       Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
·       Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
·       Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
·       Help teams implement changes effectively

What you will need:
·       8-10 years of experience as a Project Manager
·       Expertise with Agile and Waterfall
·       Expertise with SAFe

Must have Any Certification:
·       SAFe Agile Certification
·       SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certification
·       SAFe 6.0 Certification
·       Certified Safe Agilist
·       Any SAFe Certification
·       Certified Agile Professional
·       PMI Agile Certified Practitioner
·       PMP – Project Management Professional Certified
·       CSM – Certified Scrum Master
·       PSM – Professional Scrum Master

Education:
Bachelor's Degree - Technical, Scientific, Engineering or above
