Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Program Management: Own the full lifecycle of new product or program launches, from planning and scoping to execution, implementation, and post-launch support.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Business Development, Seller Success, Programming, Operations, and Support to align deliverables and milestones.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Coordination: Collaborate with Product Marketing and GTM teams to ensure value propositions, messaging, and positioning are aligned with regional customer needs.
  • Launch Readiness: Develop and execute detailed launch plans, including internal readiness checklists, documentation, communications, and training for seller-facing teams.
  • Timeline & Resource Management: Build and manage realistic schedules, facilitate planning and roadmapping, and monitor progress against timelines and budgets.
  • Risk & Change Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively; adapt plans quickly in response to shifting priorities or technical challenges.
  • Reporting & Communication: Provide clear and consistent updates to leadership and stakeholders; escalate issues with context and recommended solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Establish and refine frameworks, tools, and best practices for repeatable, scalable program launches.
 
Required Skills:
  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strategic Agility: Ability to see the big picture while managing detailed execution
  • Tech-Savviness: Comfortable working with technical teams - understanding the nuances of APIs, platform integrations, and release cycles
  • Stakeholder Influence: Strong communication and negotiation skills to align diverse teams with shared goals
  • Project management expertise: Proficient in managing complex, multi-faceted projects with a global scope.
  • Execution-Oriented: Self-starter with a bias for action, capable of driving programs through ambiguity
  • Global perspective: Ability to understand and manage the cultural, regional, and operational differences across countries. Prior experience in creating and implementing operations processes with high customer empathy
  • Data-Driven Thinking: Use metrics and KPIs to inform decision-making and measure launch success
  • Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with frequent changes in scope and direction
  • Leadership and communication: Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and align teams across different regions.
  • Risk management: Experience in identifying and managing risks, especially in cross-border and multi-region contexts.
  • Streaming experience on platforms like Youtube, Facebook live, Twitch etc. preferred
