Program Manager Criteria

Looking for a Program Manager to collaborate as strategic partners that impact and execute the strategy, help develop goals, and ensure execution of assigned specific projects, events, meetings, and communications. The qualified candidates have demonstrated leadership capabilities and will work closely with the Program Manager Lead to deliver various initiatives for the executive cohort.

Core Responsibilities
• Collaborates closely with the Chair(s) to plan agendas for the board, committee, or council meetings and own scheduling and coordination of respective meetings
• Contribute to meeting facilitation, capture, and distribute meeting minutes/ARs timely
• Partners with leaders to ensure goals are documented and progress is tracked
• Operational management of member community listing and confirmation of D&I opt-ins where necessary
• Facilitates budget, purchase orders, tracks event and training costs, and sets the operating rhythm
• Operational support of Committees (i.e. support Communications Committee’s quarterly or annual newsletter, Year-in-review, etc.)
• Enables communications via meeting notes, newsletter,
• Conduct research and collaborates with employees to identify best practices for the use
• Serves as a leader and strong voice for the community
• Partners with board as trusted thought partners, providing creative solutions where needed

Qualifications
• Strong leadership experience
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and team collaboration capabilities
• 2+ years project management capabilities
