Business Enablement Coordinator
About the Organization:
The Enablement Business Partner Center of Excellence (EBP-COE) is part of Client's Worldwide Readiness, Assessment, Certification, and Enablement (WWRACE) organization. The EBP-COE works with the product BU teams to team to create and curate enablement curricula for our global Sales, Technical Services, and Support teams as well as our Customers and Partners. The EBP-COE team also works with the field-facing Centers of Excellence (Sales, SE, PSO, GSS, EDU) to communicate enablement roadmaps and gather enablement requirements for each disparate role.
The Business Enablement Coordinator Role and Key Responsibilities:
The Business Enablement Coordinator is responsible for providing general administrative support for their assigned Enablement Business Partner (EBP) as they drive the creation and curation of enablement/training curricula developed by the EBP's Business Unit.
The Business Enablement Coordinator will assist the EBP as they consult with BU Leadership to identify desired business outcomes and plan for appropriate enablement interventions while balancing the overall needs and objectives of the WWRACE organization. The Business Enablement Coordinator will support these efforts by performing tactical tasks related to the EBP's work, including setting up meetings, writing and distributing meeting minutes, pulling together newsletters or reporting PPTs, updating the landing pages in our content repositories, providing publishing or change instructions to the appropriate WWRACE teams, and other miscellaneous tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Enablement/Training (although not required) and will exhibit excellent listening and communication skills to help uncover the needs of the stakeholders managed by the EBP. In addition, the ideal candidate must be able to work with a larger team to identify needs, develop effective solutions, and effectively manage projects through completion.

Qualifications:
Essential Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in administrative roles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete those projects on time while effectively demonstrating the ability to influence others and accomplish goals within a matrixed environment.
• Strong social skills and excellent verbal and written skills.
• Strong analytical thinker with track record of delivering high-quality work in a structured, disciplined manner.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure, navigate through ambiguity, and balance multiple priorities.
• Established ability to approach challenges with an eagerness to learn and uncover new opportunities.
• High degree of accountability and integrity.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Works well in a cross-functional global virtual environment that dynamic, constantly changing, and sometimes ambiguous.
• Detail-oriented self-starter who can work independently to get things done.
• Ability to see and present "the big picture " through strong listening and question-based selling skills.
• Must be highly effective in working both independently and in team settings.
