Title: Product Manager - Pricing Technologies
Location: 10+ months contract with possible extension.
Duration: San Jose, CA
Pay range: $65-70/hr On w2

About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to join our Buying Programs organization. This role is critical in helping us scale to meet the needs of thousands of our most valuable customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Sales, Finance, and Operations to drive initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
Own product backlog: Create, prioritize, and test user stories aligned with business needs and strategic goals.
Define clear acceptance criteria and collaborate with engineering and QA to ensure successful delivery.
Maintain system and process documentation for transparency and scalability.
Act as a subject matter expert on business processes and systems for internal teams and customer-facing initiatives.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and guide them through impact analysis, user acceptance testing, and adoption of changes.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience in product management or business analysis.
Proven expertise in pricing strategy, analysis, and execution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and adapt to shifting priorities.
Proficiency in standard software tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat, Outlook.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Scrum and business change management certification.
Experience with tools such as Jira, SAP, Confluence, Tableau, Salesforce, and automation processes.
