Job Description:
  • The Product Delivery team designs and deploys the systems, tools, and processes needed to migrate acquired customers to the Client platform; our goal is to accelerate the migration journey and provide an overall exceptional experience for our internal and external customers.
  • As a member of the Product Delivery team, you’ll play a key role in the execution phase of our current migration initiative, as well as stepping in to gather requirements and conduct impact analyses to build automation for upcoming initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Document end-to-end workflow for new or changing processes
  • Engage SMEs to write requirements for enhancements and automation initiatives
  • Assess how changes or challenges impact the program, work with stakeholders to align on and implement a solution
  • Load customer data into migration tool
  • Report bugs and work with development team to resolve
  • Provide daily, timely support to internal stakeholders
  • Lead collaborative program team meetings to drive progress
  • Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders
 
Required Skills:
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience documenting end-to-end processes, gathering/writing requirements, and conducting impact analyses.
  • Be a self-starter that thrives on asking thoughtful questions, connecting the dots, and becoming the resident expert on the processes you manage.
  • Excellent communication and time management
  • Detail oriented
 
Education: Bachelors degree
