Job Title: Support Executive/Operations Specialist
Location: Chicago, IL 60606 (candidate can be remote, but must be able to go into office as the laptop set up will require them to commute to the office)
Duration: 6 months
Contract Type: W2 only
Pay Rate Range: $30 - $34.48/Hour
 
Role Mandate:
This candidate will be joining the client as a support executive under CS&I to provide administrative assistance related to the onboarding and offboarding of internal users.
 
Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
  • Access provisioning for internal TPPS, and CS&I users
  • Handle escalations coming in related to existing requests with the assistance of team lead
  • Maintain an individual tracker including updates for all of their open requests
  • Maintaining a Team Project Tracker with updates on personal requests
  • Application audits as necessary

  • Office 365 experience; basic
  • Collaboration skills

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new processes
 
Nice to Have Skills
  • Previous HR onboarding and offboarding experience
  • Previous experience at a major financial institution
  • Office 365 experience; in depth
