We specialize in delivering world-class Digital Product Engineering, Data Management and Analytics, and Staffing Solutions services to Fortune companies, SMBs, ISVs, and fast-growing startups.

The network engineer will primarily serve as a member of an operations team. The team responds to alerts/alarms, triaging events, develops run-books that document events/issues and, monitor the health of the network. Occasional (one in every 6 weeks) 24/7 oncall is expected with infrequent interrupts outside of working hours.

Job Responsibilities:
• Respond to and triage alerts from network devices
• Monitor network device health dashboards
• Generate troubleshooting runbooks
•Identify issues for escalation
•Monitor software and configuration rollouts to the global fleet of network devices
•Identify monitoring gaps
•Participate in 24/7 oncall, approx. one week out of every 6

Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Familiar with SNMP and Netconf/XML monitoring
• Familiar with IDE (such as VS Code) and version control such as git

Education/Experience:
• Experience with either Juniper JUNOS or Arista EOS configuration and troubleshooting
• Experience with Python 3
