Market and Sales Data Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and analytical Market and Sales Data Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our sales and marketing efforts.
Your responsibilities will include keeping our market and sales data organized and up-to-date, providing data-driven insights and recommendations, and empowering the entire team to make informed decisions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Category Management, Strategy and Analytics, and Business Operations, as well as external data providers, contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret sales data and competitive landscape to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain and update projections of key business metrics.
• Collaborate with other teams to collect and understand data, providing actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.
• Assist in the development and execution of data-driven strategies to optimize sales and marketing activities.
• Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the sales, marketing, or business planning domain.
• Passion for working with data and data analysis, and willingness to grow and develop in this domain.
• Proficiency and work experience in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel is a must, ideally SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong ability and experience in collaborating and partnering with others
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, experience creating visual data representations in PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to work independently and a commitment to delivering results.
