Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
They will be a creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for helping people learn and for finding simple ways to convey complex ideas. 7+ years of relevant experience.

You have some or all of the following: knowledge and application of instructional theories, adult learning, on-the-job learning, knowledge management theories, and principles in both online and classroom instruction.
Alternately, if you have experience as a technical writer and background in any educational environment, and a desire and aptitude to learn about instructional design, you may be the right person for our team.
Either way, you have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.

Additional experience and competencies that are strongly preferred include:

• Fluency in all Microsoft Office applications, HTML, and Photoshop
• Experience using e-learning software, such as Articulate 360
• Proven competence using a Learning Management System (LMS)

Job Description: 
We're looking for an instructional designer to create impactful, data-driven training solutions for our high-impact learning organization.
In this role, you will collaborate with Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts to design, develop, and implement engaging end-user training programs using Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate has strong instructional design skills and can manage multiple development projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Using performance data and learner feedback, you will optimize content to ensure maximum effectiveness and learning retention. Strong project management skills are essential, as you'll need to balance multiple priorities while working independently and as part of cross-functional teams.

 
You must be able to:
Design, develop, and deploy eLearning using Articulate 360 and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop

Partner with PMs and SMEs to design and create engaging end-user training
Manage multiple development projects simultaneously
Measure impact and quickly revise content to address specific feedback, as needed
Use evaluation and performance data to improve learning content
Create reliable and valid learner evaluation tools to gauge knowledge and skill transfer
