Seattle, WA / Boston MA - Virtual (1-3 visits in the office in a quarter

Must Have
Experience developing full stack applications with React-based front ends and Python-based backend
Experience with deploying and writing Infrastructure as code with AWS CDK (preferred choice) or AWS cloud formation
Understanding of the full Software Development lifecycle

REQUIRED SKILLS

Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
Understanding of the full Software Development lifecycle
Experience developing products for customer-facing end users
Experience developing full stack applications with React-based front ends and Python-based backend
Experience with deploying and writing Infrastructure as code with AWS CDK (preferred choice) or AWS cloud formation

PREFERRED SKILLS (experience

Experience leading a software team as a tech lead
Experience developing for Linux
Experience coaching, and mentoring junior members of a software team
Experience building scalable front-end infrastructure software or distributed systems for commercial online services

Years of Experience:

3+ Years of programming experience with Java/Python/Typescript.
3+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and current systems.

Degree or Certification:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics etc.
