Pay rate range - $55/hr. to $58/hr. on W2
Hybrid work requirements: 4x a week in office. In office is highly preferred, but the team is open to remote workers with exceptional experience.

Job Description:

Role Mandate:
To deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights through advanced Excel-based reporting and data analysis, supporting strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Role Responsibilities:
• Analysis of incoming data
• Tracking investment sales
• Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
• Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
• Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.
• Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Must Have Skills:
• Expert excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, sum formulas, count ifs, etc.) This is the most important metric as this role is heavily excel based. Please include all advanced excel experience in the resume.

• 5-7 years relevant experience
• Relevant post-secondary
• Analysis/problem solving skills
• Data driven decision making
• Verbal/written communication skills
• Collaboration/team skills
• Influence skills

Nice to Have Skills:
• MS Access experience
• Previous retail banking experience
• Previous Investment experience
