This position will be responsible for:
• Developing and producing sophisticated reports, dashboards, and analyses around labor availability, costs, and the impacts of policies and programs. This work is critical to support investment decisions.
•Continuously improve reports/analysis based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders
•When required, present findings of various internal groups.

Job Qualifications
•Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
A graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred, and 3-6 years of experience working with labor/workforce data.
•Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build, and manage models for understanding labor availability, the impact of training programs, and policy initiatives
•Direct experience in large industrial economic development projects a plus.
•Fluency with commonly used labor and economic data sources including Lightcast, BLS, etc. Expert in MS Excel.
•Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
•Successful characteristics for the position are the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment.
Must thrive working with a diverse set of internal/external stakeholders
