Years of Experience:
  • 3-6 years’ experience
Degree or Certification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
This position will be responsible for:
  • Manage all aspects of Order and Fulfillment Management
  • Triage blockers for orders as flagged by internal ordering system
  • Track multiple deliverables / tickets with internal partners to closure
  • Manage Order and fulfillment related instances such as PO modifications
  • Flexible to accommodate working across different time zones, since it’s a global team
  • Engage with Business, Vendors and Internal stakeholders for Procurement and Fulfill PO requirement
  • Analyze PO data from numerous databases (using Excel, SQL and/or other data management systems) and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
  • Superior analytical skills, with ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause and identify scalable solutions
  • Having advanced MS Excel and office is a must requirement. Ability to manage data sets (create VLOOKUP and Pivots).
 
Job Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field. A graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) and 3-6 years of capacity experience.
  • Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving.
  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Order and Fulfillment Management
  • Fluency in standard software including MS Excel. Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Successful characteristics for the position are the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment.
