Duties:
Track shipments on carrier websites and update systems with current status
Process freight claims and follow up with carriers on claim status
Prepare and publish reports

Skills:
Strong computer skills including extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
Data entry experience
High Level of attention to detail
Prioritizes work activities; plans and stays organized
Comfortable communicating with internal customers and vendors by email and phone
Education:
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent some college preferred.
