Duties:
  • Lead the re-contracting process for existing customers, transitioning them to client’s contract structure with clear guidance and communication.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline the re-contracting process, minimizing customer disruption and enhancing satisfaction.
  • Manage the end-to-end annual renewal cycle for a portfolio of small and mid-sized business (SMB) customers.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing SMB accounts in collaboration with Customer Success team.
  • Guide customers through complex contracting processes, including approvals and procurement workflows with Deal Desk teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and renewal pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Customer Success, and Sales Operations teams to ensure contract accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the contract lifecycle, clearly communicating key dates, deliverables, and next steps.
 
Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in contract management, account management, or sales operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems—Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing complex contracting processes and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to guide customers through operational processes with clarity and professionalism.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in or with SaaS companies is a plus.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Bachelors or several years in SaaS environment
