Job Responsibilities
As a key member of our Risk Process Analyst team, your responsibilities will be to support the business through a wide range of analytical tasks including, but not limited to:
  • Case Performance Monitoring
  • Dashboard creation and maintenance
  • Batch Process Monitoring
  • KPI definitions and monitoring
Creating and maintaining monitoring for shared KPIs across multiple cross functional teams around metrics such as:
  • Action and non-action rates to evaluate lead richness.
  • Contact rates to measure customer friction.
  • Loss prevention as a measure of effectiveness
 
The successful candidate should be a quick learner with deep quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities, should possess strong intellectual curiosity, skills in problem definition, and a collaborative working style. A working knowledge and experience with fraud and risk trends is strongly preferred. Should be able to balance multiple projects at the same time and handle various tasks and challenging demands in a fast-paced technology environment.

Requirements:
  • A Data expert. Strong experience and proficiency in SQL, Excel, solid understanding of database concepts and practical experience with analytic tools (Tableau).
  • Experience working with large datasets, recognizing and interpreting data trends, and using data to influence business decisions
  • Understanding of risk management in multiple areas: Fraud Risk
    (account take over, stolen financials), Credit Risk (Bank Payments), Buyer Risk, Seller Risk, Abuse, Collusion risk, etc.
  • Ability to break down complex problems and business questions and effectively communicate actionable insights to diverse audiences.
  • Someone who takes pride and responsibility in their work. You not only implement great work, you are consistent, and you monitor results closely to ensure it continues to perform.
  • Flexibility. We need someone who is extraordinary in dealing with ambiguity. Your focus will change from day to day, depending on priorities, and you love that type of challenge.

  • You have a degree and/or three years relevant work experience in a related field (Risk Management, Qualitative Analysis, Operations Analyst, etc.)
