About the team:

In partnership with the businesses, we drive the purpose and success of Client and its buyers and sellers. The team includes the company's global legal department, risk management program, and its policy group who interacts with content regulators, law enforcement, IP, corporate governance and SEC compliance, contracts, and other legal and government relations matters.

Primary Responsibilities
• Support the vendor management program globally across Client; reporting to the Senior Manager, Third Party Risk Management
• In collaboration with the Sr. Manager, assist and implement third party risk management and compliance across Client
• Communicate, educate and implement a common and consistent approach to third party risk management within the business units
• Support the development of policies, standards, and processes for the third party risk management program
• Understand all relevant internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Ensure concepts of materiality, unified risk assessment, third party segmentation are applied to build a comprehensive, yet practical, program.
• Implement and verify first-line-of-defense implementation of policies and standards by setting testing standards, reviewing testing results, and providing subject matter expertise and mentorship in order to resolve gaps.
• Serve as a point of contact for resolving vendor management issues spanning multiple lines-of-business.
• Establish close working relationships with key business and corporate partners; particularly, outsourcing management, resiliency, compliance, information security, privacy, legal, internal audit and line-of-business vendor management leads.

Main Requirements
• BS/BA degree in related field required or equivalent professional work related experience
• 5+ years relevant professional experience
• Experience must include direct involvement with third party risk or enterprise compliance/risk process or program development.
• Global experience preferred
• Project Management and Business analysis skills mandatory
• Ability to influence and drive action in a matrix environment
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Proficient in English.
