Summary: The main function of a Claim Specialist is to perform eCommerce SD(Sales Deduction) cost processing including SD forecasting, accrual and payment through the platform developed for it within SAP.
eCommerce SD would be about Financing cost with multiple partners who providing financial service or lenders.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the forecasting of financing fee
- Create and manage Sales deduction conditions by products and carriers for Financing
- Provide monthly promotion redemption result to accounting teams
- Provide important business information and support ad-hoc reports to related business team.
- Should be a self-starter, able to demonstrate sound judgment and versatility in decision-making and problem solving.
- Requires a strong analytical background with the ability to analyze and consolidate financial results
- Direct the preparation of sales financial reports, such as revenue, sales deduction, and analyses of future earnings or expenses, that summarize and forecast the organization's financial position.
- Prepare special reports required by upper management.
- Operate accrual of sales deduction related with eCom promotions or expensed for eCom sales lift through CORES system.
- Oversee critical finance operational issue and collaborate with AR and GL team.

Skills:
- Hands on data analytic tools such like Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
- Expert Microsoft Office products and reporting of financial data.
- Experienced SAP GUI.
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
- Preferred English/Korean bilingual but not mandated

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related financial software.
- 4-6 years' experience
