Change Management Project Coordinator

Change Management Project Coordinator on the HR Transformation team, which is currently leading a project to implement Workday across the firm.
The project coordinator will support the Workday implementation, working specifically with the Change Management workstream leads to ensure the organization is ready to embrace the new system and processes.
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of project management and change management experience and interests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Project Planning: Carry out delegated activities to support the production of change management project plans and deliverables.
Project Reporting and Review: Draft elements of project review reports and presentations to support the delivery of the review process.
Document Preparation: Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
Stakeholder Management: Support stakeholder engagement by arranging meetings, events, and activities.
Project Resource Management: Contribute to the management of resources by maintaining and distributing records of project and training budgets and actual spend.
Training Strategy: Support the development and completion of project training strategy and specific user training documents and sessions to support handover to business as usual. Collaborate with training and functional teams to ensure training materials are developed, reviewed and approved, including videos, job aids and other resources to support employee adoption.
Change Network Management: Provide project and operational support to the change network, to include organizing and maintaining SharePoint site, information, monthly meetings, readiness assessments and overall engagement with the group.

Job Qualifications:
Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Demonstrated ability to execute on change management plans, including communications, training, and adoption strategies.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the role and responsibilities.
Positive individual with strong communication skills; able to partner well with global stakeholders and development teams, tailoring the messaging to the appropriate audiences.
Plans and prioritizes work and holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.
Knows the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement. Promptly and effectively addresses process breakdowns.
Consistently drives results. Detail-oriented. Makes good and timely decisions within area of responsibility.
Demonstrates good judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive data.
