Business Operations Analyst/Financial Analyst
Location - San Jose, CA Hybrid
Duration - 6 Months
Pay rate - $84.51 per hour on W2

The position will partner with cross-functional teams, across multiple organizations, services and Geographic regions. Your technical finance expertise in detailed analysis, keen attention to details to maintain large amount of data - is a large part of the work; as well as soft skills for effective partnership with matrixed and global teams. Your responsibilities will include:
All aspects of Budget Management: monthly Forecasting, Accruals
Capex/Opex treatment of spends; review SOWs and PRs for processing
Work with our suppliers to ensure invoicing are accurate, through reconcilation and approvals by business owners
Resource Management - ensuring resource data are accurate on a daily basis
Process improvements to improve efficiency, optimization and scale.
Reporting and Dashboarding

Strong Excel skills - formulas, scenario building, etc.
Basic knowledge with data management
Focus on data quality - A MUST
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations that drives significant results
Ability to see the big picture while maintaining a curiosity to understand and know the detail
Self-starter with ability to successfully manage through ambiguity
Outstanding communication and partnership skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders
Experience in Business, Finance or Information Technology
