Required:
  • 1+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
  • Experience with SQL or ETL
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI or other BI packages
 
Preferred:
  • 1+ years of healthcare experience, with a strong preference for revenue cycle experience. 
  • Experience using very large datasets
 
Degree or Certification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Design, develop, and maintain innovative and scalable automation solutions.
 
Partner with our business leaders to design and implement business metrics and dashboards, with the highest standards of analytical rigor and data integrity.
 
Translate ambiguous problem statements into actionable solutions.
 
Perform detailed analytical reviews to identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy, accelerate cash collections, and/or reduce bad debt.
 
Leverage historical data to create forecasting models to maximize financial performance.
 
Design and implement metrics dashboards to deepen understanding of AR performance, payment,t and denial trends.
