BSA/Scrum Master

Hybrid Business Analyst & Scrum Master Data Warehouse, Snowflake, Power BI for an full-time, direct hire position.

Must be able to work without sponsorship. No H1B, OPT, etc.

Must have a hybrid Business Analyst (50%) and Scrum Master (50%) background.
Onsite / Hybrid in Seattle, WA or Miami, FL .

Responsibilities
  • Agile Project Management : Serve as a Scrum Master , facilitating agile ceremonies , including sprint planning , daily stand-ups , sprint reviews , and retrospectives .
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including developers, testers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery , resolving any conflicts or impediments that arise.
  • Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements , data requirements , user stories from multiple departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements , design data models , and implement solutions to meet their needs.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation , process flows , data flows , and functional technical specifications for data , and reporting .
  • Create report mockups and assist in testing and user acceptance from business requirements.
  • Data profiling , cataloging and creation of data dictionary.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years with Data Warehouse systems
  • Minimum 5 years with BI tools like Tableau and Power BI
  • Minimum 5 years with agile methodology
  • Experience in Jira and other project management tools
  • SQL skills for trouble shooting , data governance , cataloguing and analysis .
  • Database experience like Oracle , DB2 and Snowflake
  • Basic understanding of Data Warehouse concepts like fact dim tables and data profiling .
  • Ability to interact well with all levels within the organization.
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills with a high level of accuracy.
