Description/Time Commitment:
The CLIENT's technology and contracts team within the New York Fed's Legal Function, is offering an opportunity to support legal matters related to technology, procurement, and intellectual property. The technology and contracts team provides legal advice with respect to contracts, procurement, and technology matters, including consulting/professional services engagements, software development, software licenses, data licenses, cloud computing, data privacy, and cybersecurity. The team also provides advice relating to various intellectual property matters. The team advises all business areas of the New York Fed, including Markets, People and Engagement, Research and the corporate real estate function in connection with construction, leasing and other matters relating to real property the New York Fed owns. The team also supports the recently launched New York Innovation Center, which is a strategic partnership between the New York Fed and the Bank for International Settlements that will validate, design, build, and launch new products and services for the central bank community.
