8. When it comes to dealing with a difficult team member that is not pulling their weight, how do you get them onboard to help ensure the daily goals are met?

9. When catching a team member taking longer breaks when there are so much to do, how do you approach the person?

10. How do you manage your free time when opportunities arise?

11. Where do you see yourself in 2 to 4 years if you are hired for this position?

Specific responsibilities are:

Performs work based on work instructions
Testing and troubleshooting of the various modules
Timely delivery of modules with the right quality
Working on continuous improvements of products and related processes
Active participation in daily whiteboard meetings
Independent detection, analysis to solve problems
Working with high vacuum and high voltage
