Rathi is the Sr. VP of Technology & Business Transformation at Intelliswift. In this role, he presents Intelliswift solution capabilities to key client stakeholders, works with customers on creating compelling solutions that meet their needs, evangelizes the value of digital transformation investments with customers and creates opportunities to seed our solution teams. He is also responsible for conceptualizing repeatable solutions/frameworks that help position Intelliswift as a thought leader in our focus industries.
Prior to joining Intelliswift, Rathi worked with Data-Core Healthcare where he was the CTO and SVP. Rathi has held technology and business leadership roles in several large corporations like SUN Microsystem, Target Corporation, Intec PLC, Happiest Minds, and Zensar Technologies among others. He has over thirty years of experience in the industry and has worked in product development extensively, besides big four consulting.
He was instrumental in creating products and intellectual property at Sharp Lab, i2 Technologies (now JDA) and SUN Microsystem (now Oracle). As the Director of Technology, he was instrumental in setting up Target Corporation's Engineering center in India. Rathi also created and ran a consulting firm in the area of product strategy for startups and provided technology due diligence for wall street analyst firms. He was an advisor to the CIO and President of Online Business Unit at Sears Holding. Rathi was part of Happiest Minds and led their US IT services business. He later worked as VP of Retail at Zensar Technologies.
Rathi has co-authored “Machine Learning in Biological Sciences”, in press with Springer Nature a book on Machine Learning and Life Sciences. He is a trained Theoretical Physicist, has done graduate his studies at Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Global CIO Certification from the Indian School of Business.
