Mohammed Ishaq is Intelliswift’s Director of Talent Acquisition. In this role, he is responsible for monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters and identifying high-potential candidates.
Prior to joining Intelliswift, Ishaq served as the Director – Talent Acquisition at EPAM, managing the Hiring activity across India, Europe & APAC regions. As a Hiring Leader, he was responsible for managing the CoE level hiring across niche skills like Data Science, DevOps, Full-stack Development, DevTesters, Cloud, AI/ML etc. He also managed university hiring, executive recruitment while managing cross geographical stakeholders. He played an instrumental role in org transformation post-acquisition and drove programs like Employee Onboarding Experience, Employee Referral Program, TA Branding & Marketing and TA Analytics.
Prior to EPAM, he held recruitment leadership roles at Genpact, Tanla and Virtusa. While in Virtusa, Ishaq played a key role in doubling the Employee Headcount, while managing a Business Vertical and personally spearheading Architect Community hiring across India & Srilanka. Ishaq also ventured into entrepreneurship for a couple of years where he floated an organization with HCM product development & staffing as operational verticals.
Ishaq holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and is a Certified Professional in Employer Branding, Employee Experience & Design Thinking and HR Digital Transformation.
