Hemant is a Strategic Advisor at Intelliswift. In his role, he is responsible for guiding Intelliswift during its Brand transformation journey from a Staffing to a Technology Solutions company.
In his career spanning 26 years of experience, Hemant has worked in Marketing, Advertising, Sales and Distribution. He has worked for marquee organizations like IGATE, Polaris Software, Lowe Lintas, Ogilvy & Mather, Mudra, VIACOM 18, and ITC.
As the Global Head of Marketing, Hemant successfully lead iGATE’s campaign for two of its very disruptive business models, ‘iTOPS’ and ‘Business Outcomes’ in the North American market. He was also instrumental in creating a strong mindshare for Polaris Software’s banking suite ‘Intellect’. In the last couple of years, Hemant has consulted Marketing functions for a few IT Services companies who were looking for brand transformation.
As part of the Advertising industry, Hemant worked closely with marquee clients like IBM, Infosys, Compaq, Hutchison, MRF, and Reliance Industries. As Head of International Sales, Distribution & Marketing at Studio 18 (Viacom 18), he set up the movie distribution network for the company in 36 countries.
In 2015, Hemant co-founded a health-tech company in Pharma and led it as its MD and CEO. He conceived the world’s first e-marketplace platform for pharma retailing. He began his career at ITC and had an opportunity to do hardcore rural sales and marketing.
Hemant is an alumnus of IIM, Ahmedabad.
