Amit is the Sr. Director- HR at Intelliswift, and is responsible for redefining people and leadership processes.

Prior to joining Intelliswift, Amit has worked with prominent companies like Syntel, Wipro, Cognizant, Synechron and Synergist Learning Solutions. Amit brings more than 18yrs of Human Resource Management experience and is well-versed with the different aspects of the function including recruitment, learning and organization development, compensation & benefits, performance management, process improvement, strategic HR, leadership development, and coaching. Having lived and worked across various cities in India, he understands the nuances of regional cultures and mannerisms and is able to customize HR systems that can be acceptable for a wide variety of audiences.

He has completed his Bachelors in Engineering from Pune University and MBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis.
