Role Duties and Responsibilities
Job Description(High Level Responsibilities):
· Work on tickets and ensure meet 100% SLA
· Support day to day Operations
· Support Engineer for Applications/Services in scope
· Ensure 100% availability of the applications/services
· Analyze the issue in the pre-prod & Prod environments and provide the resolutions.
· Should be able to drive/support in meeting/bridge.
· Working experience with Cloud and DevOps Environments.
Technical Skills :
· Cloud Knowledge, AWS, Kubernetes, DevOps, GIT Lab
· Nice to have - AppDynamics, Splunk, Mongo DB/Atlas
