Sales Operations Executive

Location : SAN FRANCISCO, CA

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to reduce them to make the sales process more efficient.
  • Simplifying processes and implementing sales automation tools
  • Creating and maintaining documentation on sales processes, assisting with onboarding new sales reps
  • Optimizing lead qualification and scoring
  • Build forecasting reports
  • Cold calls and email prospecting

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree with sales experience (IT sales preferred)
  • Highly meticulous and data-driven
  • Must be a competitive high achiever and persistent
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Flexibility to thrive and adapt in high growth, fast-paced, evolving industry, decidedly entrepreneurial in nature, a high level of energy.
  • Strong persuasive ability and goal-oriented
  • Proven relationship and people management skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent cold calling skills
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task
  • Must have a positive attitude and remain calm under pressure
